Pocitas the hotel is located just two kilometers south of downtown Mancora, for what is today the Antigua Panamericana Norte. Mancora is located in the department of Piura, Talara province, northern Peru.

The detour to access the paved path is located at kilometer 1162 of the Panamericana Norte, in the south side of Cape Blanco Bridge.

Over 140 meters of beachfront and 2,500 square meters of gardens, small forest of palm trees and flowers, marked our way.
